Patient Longitudinal Record

Patient Card​

Based on your access, you can click on a Patient Name or Patient Card In the worklist you will see

By Clicking on the Patient Name you will be taken to the Longitudinal Record

You can also access the Patient Longitudinal Record by clicking on the Profile Button on the Patient Card

Patient Journey​

The Patient Longitudinal Record will load as following

When you click on an Activity it will load a modal with the details

Patient history can also be recorded in a free text or by uploading any file of image and PDF format.

To record in free text use the History button, and for uploading files choose the Upload Files button.

Care Team​

Click on Care Team to view the Care Team involved in Patient Care, you can also see the Vitals and clicking on the Red Chart icon will load the Chart as well.

Depending on the access that you have and the version that you are on, the screen layout might change.

VIP/Confidentail Patient​

Patients can be easily marked as VIP/Confidentail patients.

    System will automatically mask demographics of VIP/Confidential Patient
