Assessments

Creating a new Assessment

You can create and manage assessments in care/assessments tab. Click add assessments to navigate to form builder to create new ones.

Left panel includes all the elements needed to create assessments, Click on them to open modal.

Select appropriate configurations needed, you can also choose different sizes for different screens to make it more responsive.

Left part of page lets you edit the added components and right part is the preview.
