  • Search Button - The Search button provides a quick and efficient way to find specific information.

  • All Authorities - The All Authorities section lists all users.

  • UHID - (Unique Health Identification Number) - Unique identifier assigned to each patient in the hospital management system which ensures that each patient’s records are accurately and uniquely identifiable within the system.

  • Patient Name - Records the full name of the patient.

  • Age - Records the patient’s age.

  • Gender - Records the patient’s gender.

  • Mobile Number - Stores the patient’s contact mobile number.

  • ZIP Code - Records the patient’s residential ZIP code.

  • Tags - Allows adding specific tags or labels to patient records for categorization.

  • Feedback Forms - Enables the collection of feedback from patients regarding their experience and care.
