Camp>Issues​

Issues are related to the reason where patient don’t come for medical camp screening (camp type/name &location) on screening date due various reason some are Hesitancy or Transportation and more.

by clicking on the Camp module, the user is able to select the Issues option.

By clicking on issues, user can see the issue list with the following details like:-

  1. Screening date & time
  2. Name of patient with UHID, age, phone no.
  3. Camp name
  4. Issue type
  5. Description

By clicking on the select, user can filter the patients with the different issues as mentioned below : -
1.Phone number
2.Hesitancy
3.Transportation
4.Other
