In Pending Referrals List, all referral patients which are yet to be treated can be found.

in this pending referrals list we can see contact name symptoms created created by referral doctor name referral by name.

Name : Typically refers to the full name of the patient. This is essential for identification and record-keeping.

Symptoms :These are the physical or mental features that indicate a condition or disease. Symptoms are reported by the patient and are a crucial part of the diagnosis process.

Created :This term refers to the date and time when a patient’s record or a specific entry (such as a medical note or appointment) was created in the hospital’s system.

Created by :This indicates the healthcare professional or administrative staff member who created the record or entry in the hospital’s system. It helps in tracking and accountability.

Referral Doctor Name :This is the name of the doctor who referred the patient to another specialist or service. Referrals are common when a patient’s condition requires expertise that the initial treating doctor does not have.
Referral By Name : This can sometimes be synonymous with “Referral Doctor Name.” However, in certain contexts, it might refer to the entity (such as a clinic, healthcare organization, or another doctor) that made the referral.

Info -In this we can see name contact age gender referred by suggested investigations.
call -This involves contacting the patient or the referring physician’s office to gather additional information, confirm details, or provide updates about the referral status. It can also include scheduling appointments or coordinating care.
Notes -These are detailed records or annotations made by healthcare professionals regarding the referral. Notes can include observations, additional patient information, communication logs, and any other relevant details that help in managing the referral process.
Edit Patient -In this we can add the details like test name, phone number ,UHID ,age ,symptoms, condition, notes, pin code ,gender.
Schedule -This involves arranging appointments for the referred patient with the appropriate specialist or service. Scheduling ensures that the patient is seen in a timely manner and that all necessary resources are available for their care.

we need to add details like first name last name gender age dob blood group mobile number secondary contact number telephone spouse/guardian name mothers name marital status email secondary email patient type Assigning authority nationality permanent address street address state pin code location.

Complete -This term indicates that the referral process has been finalized. All required actions have been taken, including the collection of information, communication, scheduling, and any necessary follow-up. The patient has been successfully referred to the next stage of care.
Clear -This likely refers to resolving any outstanding issues or ambiguities related to the referral. Clearing a referral means that all necessary information has been verified, any discrepancies have been addressed, and the referral is ready to proceed without any pending issues.

To create a new referral click on Add Patient. Patient Referral form opens up, in this form patient name, mobile number, age are mandatory fields to create a new referral. Here a specific field or a specific doctor can be selected. If a admin or call-coordinator fills the form system detects that and shows the Referred-By Doctor field which needs to be selected.
